In addition to the strength and the robust attributes of the Tanks West Liquid Fertilizer Tank, only high quality long life fittings are used. These fittings are all included in the quoted tank price and will be installed on delivery.

Please note:
Larger size inlet lines and outlet fittings are available but these must be requested at the time of order placement.

For reasons of safety and to meet the delivery protocols from fertilizer suppliers fitting positions are standardised (refer installation diagram for details) these can only be varied with consultation prior to manufacture and delivery of your tank.

	50mm b/fly valve with camlocks Industrial butterfly valve with stainless steel camlock adapter and cap. Gives quick action and high flow. Valve can be locked for extra security.
	50mm inlet line One piece HDPE fill line with camlock fitting and Philmac drain valve. These lines give high flow rates and long term resistance to UV degradation.
	Raised Access Hatch 450mm access hatch with 250 mm inspection port. Provides additional security against unauthorised entry.
	Liquidator Gauge Sturdy, true reading, level gauge mounted on steel pole. Marker follows actual liquid level.

Cartage Tanks Fittings and Accessories

In addition to the strength and the robust attributes of Tanks West Liquid Fertilizer Tanks the highest-quality fittings have been utilised. Note, some fittings are optional, only the hatch, outlets and sight glass are standard with all tanks. Agitation lines, flush out bars and bridle straps are at additional cost.

Please note the outlet valve can be relocated to either end of the tank so that the side manway is either on the “driver” or “passenger” side of the vehicle.

	Stainless steel access hatch Quality stainless steel manhole cover. Solid and durable with an internal sealing ring (EPDM) and secured by hand wheel. Contaminant proof. Hatch should only be opened to first position during filling to prevent splashing.
	50 mm Butterfly Valve Stainless steel 50mm flanged butterfly valve complete with stainless steel camlock connector. Prevents leakage of contents and allows quick shutoff. Nyglass camlock cap also provided with the valve.
	Gooseneck breather Stainless steel gooseneck breather to prevent tank being subject to vacuum or pressures. Note lid should be opened during rapid filling.
